2010 Update

2010 was a busy year and I have not had the opportunity to update this site with new photos. Amongst the projects finished were two front porches completely rebuilt using quality Timbertech and Azek railing and decking systems.
An entry stairway built with a beautiful tropical hardwood called Meranti - ideally suited to its beachfront location.
The complete remodeling of the first floor of a Higgins Beach home.
Two jobs removing interior bearing walls to open up floor plans from Kitchen into family room.
A number of new wooden floor installs or refinishing projects.
Collaborating on a number of Solar Hotwater installations.
And four bathroom remodels.

Collaboration announced with Solaris Thermal

Rebuilt Deck with TimberTech Decking System

Before & After: Small Deck with under utilized stairs - stabilized and rebuilt with TimberTech composite components. Note the firewood storage built with re-used decking material.

TimberTech is one of many composite deck products offering a variety of colors, deck and railing styles.

This deck will never need to be painted or weatherproofed!

The rail system allows for unobstructed views.

We used a hidden fastening system - allows for a nice clean appearance.
